A 13 years old boy is very different from 2 years old baby , because the 13 years old may not have hit puberty yet ... and some 13 years old boys already had their growth spurt and a few are already done growing.

I was 87cm at age 2 , now I'm 176cm at age 21 so I'm only 0.5cm below the specific figure

But is that really true most of time? That your height at 2 years old is the half of your adult? Then why not every doctor mesures your height at 2 yo and says what have to be your height, for control earlier thosl with gh problems

It's half of you height at age 2 plus one inch .. but doctors don't give an estimation because It's not always correct and some people don't apply to the formula

it works for me , I was 87cm at age ... (87*2)+2.5 = 176.5 and I'm 176 so It's very close to being accurate in my case

hoy fui al médico ha hacer una consulta y se me ocurrió preguntarle acerca de cuánto llegaría a medir , el médico miro mi cartilla pregunto por la altura de mis padres a y si mi familia era alta , también me pregunto acerca de mi talla de pie y me comentó que de pequeño (primeros meses ) estaba en un percentil 90 pero que al ser de crecimiento tardío me frene bastante . Con todo me dijo que entre 185-190 , más tirando al 185 . La verdad es que yo no me voy a fiar porque tampoco hizo un estudio exhaustivo y tmp es plan de hacerse ilusiones . Que opináis vosotros?
