tenía más de 2 años de retraso óseo.
se ve incluso algo bajo con los demás en general.

Él decía que menos de 1'78 le parecía bajo.

where i live, and it's only my experience and mi opinion the majority of young men are above 1,70.
of course still exist people under that height but are very few.

I think youngsters height has definitely stopped in Spain. Years ago youth teams players were a little bit taller. Nowadays you find more 5'6 and 5'5 players

Sometimes a 5ft10 guy feels tall, sometimes short, but mostly average. My doctor told me once "  5ft10 is the standard for the natural, healthy and mediocre guy". So if you are below that, chance are you will have a tough and miserable life.

for a 63 years old 5ft10 is tall in my opinion, you are speaking about 3 generations ago!!

I have close friends and mates under 5'9 and myself I am 5'9
